Red Pony was commissioned to write content for a suite of seven fact sheets explaining the purpose and process of the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning’s long-term water resource assessment (LTWRA).
Red Pony developed a comprehensive suite of online help pages to assist administrator and employee users of Cognology’s people management software application.
The Victorian Department of Health engaged Red Pony to create, edit and update content for the Better Health Channel website. Red Pony reviewed, amalgamated and migrated 43 per cent of BHC’s 1700 web pages in just 12 months.
Editing projects
Defence Housing Australia commissioned Red Pony, a member of the federal government’s panel of creative and digital communication suppliers, to copyedit then proofread their annual report.
Red Pony assisted the Parliament of Victoria’s Family and Community Development Committee to produce its landmark report, Betrayal of trust, following the Inquiry into the Handling of Child Abuse by Religious and other Non-Government Organisations.
PwC Australia engaged Red Pony’s services in a dual capacity – to provide a structural review of a 30,000-word investigation into the need for an NDIS, and to edit and proofread the document in its final iterations.
Microsoft Office template projects
Actuate IP engaged Red Pony to produce a Word template with customised styles and formatting, and then train staff to use this functionality effectively.
Swinburne University of Technology brought in Red Pony to assist in a project to combine 15 separate enrolment forms into a single ‘multiform’ version.
Red Pony provided Standards Australia with a suite of Word templates to generate a range of different corporate documents that are consistent in style and appearance.
Training projects
Red Pony delivered a business writing workshop to help the Treasury Wine Estates sales team deliver their messages more effectively.
IPEd invited Principal Consultant Peter Riches to run a workshop at the annual conference on winning government tenders.
ElectraNet asked Red Pony to design a template that could be used to produce complex regulatory reports, then train various teams to use it effectively.
