Managing Director, Principal Consultant
Red Pony founder and Managing Director, Peter Riches, has been helping clients communicate who they are and what they do for over 10 years. As a writer and editor, he has produced clear and compelling text for websites, social media platforms, tenders, proposals, reports and a range of technical documentation. Peter is a member of the Editors Victoria and the Australian Society for Technical Communication (Victoria), and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in English Literature.
Since joining Red Pony as a Senior Consultant, McKinley has written and edited content for state and federal government and major private firms, including the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Department of Employment, the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Dr Belinda Nemec joined Red Pony as a Senior Consultant in 2013. She is an experienced writer, editor, researcher and museum curator, with qualifications in editing (Graduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing, RMIT University), music (Bachelor of Music, University of Melbourne), museum studies (Master of Art Administration, University of New South Wales) and Australian studies (PhD, University of Melbourne). She is a member of Editors Victoria and an accredited editor of the Institute of Professional Editors.
Joining Red Pony in 2008, Senior Consultant Andrew Eather has a background in academic and literary editing. He has edited numerous research papers for international scientific journals. His own writing has been published in the Melbourne Age. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing from RMIT University.
Kyra has extensive experience in the corporate and education sector, writing and editing detailed documents and reports, tender responses and web copy, as well as designing and conducting vocational training. Kyra holds Bachelor and Master of Arts (English) degrees from Monash University in addition to a Diploma of Education, a Master of Professional Education and Training (Corporate Training) and a Certificate IV in Professional Writing and Editing.
